Each cohort has a maximum of 12 members, intimate enough for real honesty, diverse enough for genuine peer learning. You'll know everyone deeply within a few sessions.
Mostly not, we work hard to avoid direct competitors in the same group. Where it has happened, those businesses often end up helping each other grow.
Sessions run 08:30–11:30 monthly, hosted at member company locations or premium venues near your area. Remote dial-in is also available if needed.
Yes, owner-managers can bring directors or senior team members. Additional team members can be added to the programme at a separate rate.
Graduates access Year 2 & 3 pathways, internationally-inspired bespoke leadership programmes that build on everything you've worked on in Year 1.
